Improving attribute action with cost and constraints

I found the attribute action very useful. However, it would be very helpful if these two functionalities can be added to the attribute action settings:

– Adding a cost, like in the upgrades.
– Using another attribute as constraint. For instance: Edit attribute A, B and C, only if attribute D is/is not present.
