We would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance of our servers and our accessibility around the holidays. We would also like to invite you to get acquainted with the latest developments on the Tygron Platform.
Maintenance and reachability around the holidays
Due to planned maintenance, our servers will be offline for a short time on December 27, with an optional extension to December 26, 28 and 29, 2024. This also applies to our website and e-mail. If you still want to contact us on December 27, 2024 and/or in the event of an extension, you can reach us by phone.
From December 23, 2024 to January 2, 2025, we will be less available for support due to the holidays. If you encounter any problems, please email support@tygron.com as usual, but keep in mind that it may take a little longer for you to receive an answer to your question.
Webinars on new developments
The Tygron Platform is developing as an open calculator, which gives engineers and data experts the opportunity to integrate data themselves, enrich data with Artificial Intelligence, and build their own simulations. We would like to tell you more about this in two webinars:

Getting started with the new functionality
Unlike what you are used to, there will no longer be a fixed moment in the spring of upcoming years when all new developments are implemented on the LTS for everyone at once. Now that the Tygron Platform is being used more and more widely, many users want the LTS to be an environment that does not change every year. However, the new functionality will be available in phases on our Preview Server.
