Because of the issue with the PDOK server we took some measures to improve the loading times for new projects. Currently the loading times are more consistent as you expect from us. We will keep informing you on the availability of the sources.
As Accountmanager and Trainer I am driven to help people as good as possilble. The Tygron team and I work together for team projects, and we always think of our customer first.

Due to an issue with the PDOK server the loading times for creating a new project can take longer than expected and might result in that specific data will not be loaded at all. We suggest you try to load a new project at a different time if you experience this issue.
We are happy to inform you that the new LTS server is released and available for all customers. Please make sure you test your project and let us know, via firstname.lastname@example.org, if you notice something unusual in your project.
The new LTS server will be released on February 28 2020 at 12:00 hrs (noon). The Tygron servers and support platforms will be temporarily inaccessible, possibly throughout the weekend.
